How Long Are Session Packages Good For?
My goal is to help you get the best results possible—and that happens when sessions are used consistently. Most clients see the biggest benefits when they schedule sessions weekly or every other week.
While I don’t enforce a hard expiration, I do ask that you aim to use your package within
4 months of purchase. It keeps your progress moving and helps me manage scheduling availability.
If something unexpected comes up, just let me know. I’ll always do my best to be flexible and support your journey—whether in person or via Zoom if needed.

"I've never done hypnotherapy before. What's it like?"
Great question! While it's a different experience for everyone ('cause it's customized to you), hypnotherapy is a lot like having a very-relaxed conversation, with your eyes closed. You'll always be fully in control and aware; and just very relaxed. Most people describe it as an amazing experience that is an adventure of the mind.
"Can I focus on more than one issue or goal?"
Of course! Generally speaking, we're going to focus on one challenge or goal per session (unless things are related), so that we can really make some serious progress on that one issue or goal.
You might note, however, that most clients report other areas of their lives (like relationships, work experiences and social connections) getting better when we work on an "unrelated"-but-kind-of-connected challenge (like, say, depression, or anxiety, or traumatic experiences from the past).
"How often should I schedule sessions?"
Quick answer- as much as you want. Deeper answer: I recommend scheduling sessions about a week apart or so, so that you can fully absorb and start integrating the work we do together into your day-to-day life.
As you do, I promise you- you're gonna really enjoy the relief you feel and the growth that you experience!
"Will I need to do hypnotherapy for the rest of my life to get to and stay in a "better place," mentally?
Well, the only things that you need are air, water, food and shelter... :-) That being said, nah, probably not! One of the great things about hypnotherapy is that it works pretty quickly and is pretty darned effective.
I'd recommend 3-6 sessions for any one particular issue (check out the Harvard Study - scroll to p.6) that shows a 93% recovery rate after an average of just 6 sessions on any particular issue.
Most of my clients tend to work on one thing for a few sessions, then expand to other things that are important to them. Many have some kind of "regular sessions" for a couple of months or so, then go off and live their lives; maybe coming back every few months for some "tune ups."
What if I have an "urgent issue" that comes up in between my regularly-scheduled sessions?
Then let's schedule something in between! I have a "scheduling calendar" that I use for clients, but if you can't find something "available" in the near term and/or need a different time, just reach out to me directly, and we'll find something that works.
What's the difference between virtual and in-person sessions, and how should I choose one over the other?
This is really a matter of preference. Since the pandemic, it was discovered that hypnotherapy done over zoom is just as effective, if not more-so, than in-person sessions. Now that the world has "opened up" again, it's purely a matter of preference. Virtual sessions are more-convenient and don't require any travel. For those who prefer in-person, simply email me your preference, and whether you're coming from the Temecula (south county Riverside) area, or San Diego, and we'll set both calendar time and location.

Upon purchasing sessions, you agree to use them within 6 months of purchasing. All purchases are final. Package bundles of sessions are offered at a discount based on a commitment to multiple sessions, thereby multiplying healing & growth.
Like you, my time is valuable, as are the appointment slots for others. Please keep this in mind regarding sessions. Therefore, when purchasing and booking sessions, you also agree to abide by my "Cancellation Policy," which states that all cancellations/ reschedules must be done 24 hours or more in advance of scheduled session, otherwise session fee will be forfeited and considered "spent."
(Of course, I'll take into consideration extreme circumstances, but I pretty much stick to this, so please give me a heads' up if you need to make a change).
A No-Show to a session will be considered a session used (and the fee for that session is considered "spent."
